Gives his wife a horse to ride to meeting on. For preaching among the Indians that the late Mr. Brainard labored among, and to others, £10 13s. 4d; a legacy of £2 to the Rev. Thomas Prentice of Charlestown; £2 to Rev. Joshua Prentice of Holliston, and 1st vol. of Mr. Flavel's works. To Rev. Thomas Balch of Dedham, £2 13s. 4d., and 2d vol. of Flavel's works. To his brother Henry Prentice, his right to land in Worcester and Townsend. To Rev. Mr. Sprague of Medford; to Abraham Watson, Jr., and his wife Lucy—legacies. His negro Peter's services to be improved, and he to have a garden and some time to work it, for his faithful services. Gives his kinsman Jonas Prentice, all his real and personal estate. Wife Lydia, brother Henry P., kinsman Jonas P., and Abraham Watson, Jr., executors. Stephen Prentice, in Ben. Goddard's will 1712, is called brickmaker ; in James Smith's will, cordwainer, and owner of a house and land on Jones's Hill, Cambridge.4
