- In 1801, she with her three remaining children went with her brother Ephraim's family to the "Long Point" country, "Upper Canada," as it was then called, and settled about four miles from Miss Maggie E. Palmer's home in Victoria. In 1802, Hannah's brother Joseph removed there, and the greater part of Hannah's life and the children's till they grew up and married, were spent in Joseph's family. Miss Maggie E. Palmer has a dress that was made for her great-aunt, Mrs. Hannah (Tisdale) Perley, when the latter was fourteen years old.1
- Hannah died on August 31, 1844 in Victoria, Ontario, Canada, at age 73.1
