Isaac Cary Esq. moved to Mendham, Morris County, New Jersey, as a child. He inherited half of his father's farm, and moved to Sussex County, N. J.²
Isaac died on January 18, 1791 at age 48.¹
He was buried in North Hardyston Cemetery, Hamburg, Sussex County, New Jersey.¹

He married Hannah Wales on June 5, 1803 in the Fourth Church of Christ in Bridgewater, now the Brockton, Massachusetts, as his second wife. (Intention not recorded.)⁴
James died on August 10, 1850 in North Bridgewater (now Brockton), Massachusetts, at age 84.²
