living at Harrisville, Ritchie County, West Virginia.
Also living there were two farm laborers: Jacob Wigner, 19; and G. F. Wolards, 35.1 - On Nov 22, 1909 she and her husband went to Gassaway to spend a few weeks with their son, B.H. Rawson, where she had a third paralytic stroke.
- Joanna died on December 10, 1909 in Gassaway, Virginia, at age 71.
- She was buried in K of P Cemetery, Elizabeth, Wirt County, West Virginia.
