Edward St. Loe Livermore at Portsmouth; began practice at Parsonsfield, Me., in 1799; removed to Portland in 1807 ; was in the convention that formed the Constitution of Maine in 1819; represented Portland in the Legislature in 1820, 2l, 22; was a judge of the Supreme Court of Maine, 1834-1841; and was greatly honored and esteemed as a lawyer and a man.2
