    Source 2: The American Genealogist Book: 973.D25 aga: Ancestors of Nathaniel Foote--Warren Line By Myrtle Stevens Hyde: (My cousin Myrtle of whom I deed a very careful and thorough genealogist.)
    Helen Warren is found to be the daughter of Richard Warren & Alice Jenawaye; She nor her brother William is mentioned in her father, Richard Warrens will because they no doubt already received their portions of their fathers estate.

    ...Bassingbourn, where Witnesses Nicholas Warreyn and Richard Warreyn lived, is in Cambridgeshire, near the Hertfordshire border, and is about three miles from Royston, where the Foote Family resided.
    Many Warren wills have been read. A number of the testators were from Long Stowe and adjacent Kingston, Cambridgeshire, about eight miles north of Bassingbourt. It is assumed that Long Stowe is the Stoone where Uncle John Jenawaye lived, since no Stoone seems to exist.
    A few Jenaway (Jenway) references have been found inthe scarce Long Stowe Manor court Rolls.
    (However, at this writing of Jan. 2006, the parentage for our Alice Jenawaye is not known).

    Richard (Alias Waller) Warren, born ca. 1527, married Beatrice (named in his won will and in that of his brother William) but was suvived by no children. His will, dated 23 October 1580, names his close relatives. He was named in the will of his brother-in-law, John Foote. (I have a copy of his will in my Warren Surname file.).

    Nicholas Waller or Warren was named in the wills of his father Richard in 1557, his brother William in 1573, and his brother Richard in 1580.
    He witnessed the will of John Foote in 1558, then of Bassingbourn.
  6. New England Families at http://nefamilies.com/, Source 1: The American Genealogist in which is printed an article entitled: Warren Ancestors of Nathaniel Foote; by Myrtle Stevens Hyde;
    Henry Warren is named in the will of his father Richard, his brothers William and Richard. He had a daughter Augurye who received a legacy from her grandfather Richard in 1557.
  7. New England Families at http://nefamilies.com/, Source 1: The American Genealogist in which an article was printed entitled: Warren Ancestors Of Nathaniel Foote. By Myrtle Stevens Hyde;
    Alice is named in her fathers will of 1557 and she likely married to Richard Frende, called brother by her brother William in 1573.
  8. New England Families at http://nefamilies.com/, Source 1: The American Genealogist -an article entitled: Warren Ancestors Of Nathaniel Foote;
    In his will of Feb 1572/73, William Calls himself William Waller; He married Magaret Painter and had duaghters Alice and Elizabeth.

    Source 2: Will of Wills Waller of Bassingbourn, Cambridge dated 3 Feb 1572/73, proved 23 May 1573, Archdeaconry of Ely...Margarett my wyffe, executrix...Alice & Elizabeth my daughtrs...syster Margerye...syster Beatrix...Syster Agnes...brother Henry...brother Nicholas...brother Richarde Frende...brigninge upp...my daughter Elizabeth...brother Richard Waller...father Thomas Paynter...bringinge upp my daughtr Alice...my brother Richrd Waller supervisor. Witnesses: George Beaumonte vicare, Willm Bolnest, Richard Waller, willlm Wright, Thomas Paunter, Robert Wilson.

    (The Margery, Beatrix & Agnes of whom he calls sisters, in his will in all probabilty are sister-in-laws as his father Richard Warren only names one daughter, Alice, in his will of 1557, meaning that if the three so named were blood sisters, they in all probability died before 1557 and would not be alive in 1572 when this Willilams will was made!
    We know Williams brother Richards wife is Beatrice. William has a brother Nicholas and a brother Henry and the two remaining sisters are no doubt wives of these two brothrs-however, no proof of this assumption has been found);.
