  • Abigail Cummings was born perhaps 1669, daughter of Dea. Isaac and Mary (Andrew) Cummings of Topsfield.1
  • Abigail married Samuel Perley, son of Samuel Perley and Ruth Trumble, on March 28, 1694, by Rev. Joseph Capen, of the Topsfield church, which his family attended and in which his children were baptised, though born in Rowley.2
  • Abigail died on January 22, 1725/26.1

  • Benjamin Cummings of Ware was born on July 7, 1777, son of Joseph and Temperance (Nye) Cummings.2
  • Benjamin married on November 28, 1799 to Lucy, daughter of William Paige, born in Ware, Mar. 12, 1779, and died Jan. 23, 1828. They had eleven children.3
  • Benjamin married Patty Cary, daughter of Josiah Cary and Molly Moulton, on May 11, 1828 as his second wife, and her second husband. They had no children.3
  • Benjamin married on May 26, 1847, Sally (Shaw) Gould, widow of L. G., of Ware, born Oct. 5, 1784, and died May 28, 1868. They had no children.3
  • Benjamin died on February 27, 1876 in West Brookfield, Massachusetts, at age 98.3
  • He was buried in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Ware, Massachusetts.4

  • Deidamia Cummings was born in 1770 or 1771, the daughter of Eleazer Cummings.1
  • Deidamia married William Pritchard, son of Paul Pritchard and Hannah Perley.1
  • Deidamia died in 1840. She was found dead in her room and her room on fire. Apparently her clothing had taken fire when she was disrobing to retire.1
