  • Elizabeth Gould was born on December 4, 1752, daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth (Emerson) Gould.1
  • Elizabeth married Stephen Perley, son of Moses Perley and Hannah Frye, on June 29, 1784, about which time, he built the house on Hovey's plain, between Pye brook and the railroad, a short distance from the latter. He owned and cultivated an extensive farm, which descended to his nephew.1
  • Elizabeth died on April 4, 1840 at age 87. Her will was proved 8 Apr 1840.1
