  • He was the son of John Parmelee and Hannah (?)2,3
  • Isaac married Elizabeth Hyland, daughter of George Hyland and Hannah Cruttenden, on December 30, 1689.1
  • In 1713, what is known as the Highland House was built in Guilford, on land owned by Isaac Parmelee

On July 29th, 1719, Ebenezer Parmelee, Sr., was deeded the property for 40 pounds (approximately $150,000 current value). Ebenezer was a clockmaker.
