She married Greenleaf Hazen, son of Josiah Hazen and Lucy Perley, on April 5, 1848 as his second wife, and her second husband, and lived in Rowley, Massachusetts.¹
Elizabeth died on October 22, 1877 in Rowley, Massachusetts, aged eighty years and two months.²
She was buried in Harmony Cemetery, Georgetown, Massachusetts, where may be read her epitaph:—
