  • Thomas Jones was born in 1597/98. "Jacobus suggests that Jones may have come from Chepstow, Monmouthshire, with the party led by the Rev. Richard Blinman; that, however, is unlikely if our identification of his wife's origin is correct."1,2
  • Thomas married Mary North, daughter of Richard North and Joan Bartram, about 1638.2
  • In 1651, Thomas Jones moved to New London, Connecticut, but moved back the same year.3
  • Thomas died on September 2, 1671 in Gloucester, Massachusetts, aged 73.3,2
