  • Hiram married Lovesta Hale, daughter of Charles Hale and Sally Ricker, on November 28, 1831 in Waterford, Oxford County, Maine.2
  • The census of 1850 shows: Hiram Young, 45, a farmer;
    living at Peru, Maine.
    He was living with his parents, Ebenezer and Patience Young, along with Otis H. Young, 22; and Charles Young, 18.3
