    Essex Co., 275:242.—Martha Perley, Lynn, widow, for $700, sold, 5 April, 1834, to Samuel J. Goodwin, Lynn, housewright, land, 28.83 poles, in Lynn, at Gravesend, so called, bounded east on North street, 3 rods; southwesterly on Rocks pasture, so called, 3 rods; northerly on William Ashton, 9.76 rods; southerly on James Breed, Jr., 8.83 rods, with dwelling house and other buildings. "North street" is now Chestnut, and "Gravesend" is now Glenmere.2
