Col. John Kimball was born on February 11, 1797 in Haverhill, Massachusetts, son of Benjamin and Betsey Kimball.^2,3,4
John married Louisa Adams, daughter of Benjamin Adams 3d and Lois Perley, on November 26, 1823.⁵
John died on December 4, 1857 in Georgetown, Massachusetts, at age 60 of suicide. He cut his throat.²
He was buried in Union Cemetery, Georgetown, Massachusetts.⁶

Jonathan Kimball was born on May 11, 1721 in Boxford, Massachusetts.¹
He was the son of Ebenezer Kimball and Hannah Perley.¹
Jonathan married Sarah Barker in May, 1745.¹
Jonathan married Mehitable Robinson on July 25, 1745 by John Cushing.²
Note that the Perley genealogy lists this Jonathan on two seperate sections of the book, marrying two different wives within two months, without explanation.
Jonathan died on August 12, 1746 in Boxford, Massachusetts, at age 25.²
