  • Enoch Little was born on June 7, 1748, son of Edmund and Judith (Adams) Little.2
  • Enoch married Mary Hale, daughter of Ezekiel Hale and Mary Sargent, on February 25, 1768 in Newbury, Massachusetts. Enoch's brother, John, married Mary's elder half-sister Ruth. Enoch and Mary lived at the foot of Craneneck Hill, with John living in another house on the same farm further up the hill.

    Mrs. David Richardson of Groveland (about 1862) told Mr. Poor she was descended from Enoch and Ruth Little. (C. K. Hale's MS. vol p. 219.)3
  • Enoch died on August 15, 1820 at age 72. [If the source is correct, husband and wife both died on the same day, but no mention is made of this.]2
