  • On 26 Nov 1770, Stephen Hale and wife Elizabeth of Newbury, and Richard Hale and wife Sarah, and Benjamin Gage, conveyed to Daniel Dole of Newbury 12 rods of land with buildings on Chandler's lane or King street, 48 feet (131: 128).3
  • On 13 Aug 1771, Stephen Hale of Newbury, weaver, conveyed to Moses Hale of Newburyport, mariner, a strip of ½ a. whole length of grantor's land on Rolfe's lane (129: 109).3
