Simeon Hale was born on March 8, 1738/39 in Newbury, Massachusetts.²
He was the son of Benjamin Hale and Judith Swett.¹
His father's will, dated 1764, and proved 1770, makes him sole executor and residuary devisee and legatee; and the will of Sarah, widow of his uncle Stephen, dated 1759, proved 1760, names him as a legatee.³
Simeon married Eunice Noyes on June 18, 1771 in Newbury, Massachusetts.⁴
Simeon married Sarah Lunt on December 15, 1774 in Newbury, Massachusetts.³
On Dec 1784, Simeon Hale of Newbury, yeoman, and wife Sarah, conveyed to Samuel Noyes of Newbury 4 114/160, a. in Newbury, laid out to Daniel Pierce and John Hale, Senr. (143: 120).³
Simeon died on January 20, 1796 in Newbury, Massachusetts, at age 56.³
His will, dated 16 Jan 1799, and proved 5 Feb 1799, names wife Sarah and children, Joseph, executor and residuary legatee, and all the other children above named (66: 196).

Inventory of his estate was filed by Joseph, executor, 18 April, 1799, footing $1,642.40. Real estate, six parcels named, in all 48 a.³
