Obadiah died on August 15, 1852 at age 55 either at sea on S.S. Oregon, or in Panama.²

living at Green Road, Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.
Also in the household were Fred E. Jameson, hired man, 38, farm laborer; David Jameson, hired man, 45, farm laborer; and Mary Jameson, wife, 23, wife of David, whom she married within the year.²
