  • Abigail Winship was baptized on October 16, 1698, daughter of Joseph and Sarah (Harrington) Winship.1
  • Abigail married John Manning, son of Samuel Manning Jr. and Deborah Spalding. They were members of the colony dismissed to form the new church at Scotland Society in 1735.1
  • Abigail died on July 30, 1770 at age 71.1
  • She and John Manning were buried in the old cemetery on the east side of the Scotland-Norwich road, about 2/3 of a mile south of Scotland church.1
